The Tugwassah Tattlah is concocted Monday - Friday, if we feel like it, during the winter from our headquarters at the Franklin Observatory on Hog Bay Rd, Franklin, Maine, and/or during  Spring, Summer, and Fall  from Camp Tugwassah in the wilderness of Washington County, Maine.
